Maximilian Francis

Maximilian Francis is a seasoned network professional with extensive experience in network automation and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Network Automation Consultant at Network to Code since October 2025, Maximilian previously held various roles at Charles Schwab from August 2019 to October 2025, including Data Center Network Engineer III, where a custom workflow for Cisco's Data Center Network Manager was developed using Python. Prior to this, Maximilian led a team responsible for deploying data center footprints and worked as a Network Reliability Engineer. Experience also includes a role as a Network Engineer at LAUREN CONCRETE LP, where a new IP addressing scheme was designed for multiple sites, and as a Technical Sales Representative at Altex Computers & Electronics, where tech solutions were provided across various industries. Maximilian's education includes training at Cisco Networking Academy from 2017 to 2018.
