Patrick Dodd

Patrick Dodd has extensive experience in the software industry, with a focus on agile methodologies. Patrick currently works as a Senior Engagement Manager at Network to Code since November 2021. Prior to that, Patrick worked at SAP as a Senior Agile Coach from April 2021 to November 2021. Patrick also served at SAP Concur as an Agile Coach from December 2018 to April 2021, and as a Scrum Master from May 2016 to December 2018. Before joining SAP Concur, Patrick held the position of Program Manager at Visa from August 2011 to May 2016. Patrick began their career at CyberSource, working as a Product Specialist from February 2008 to November 2011. Patrick's early experience includes working as a Technical Support Trainer at Authorize.Net from March 2006 to April 2008.

Patrick Dodd completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the University of Washington from 1999 to 2002. Patrick later pursued a Certification in Project Management at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Patrick obtained several certifications in agile coaching and project management. In 2019, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching from ICAgile. In 2017, they obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2012, they acquired the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance and the PMP certification from the PMI - Puget Sound Chapter. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
