Stephen Kiely

Stephen Kiely has a diverse range of work experience in the field of network and systems engineering. Stephen currently holds the position of Senior Engineer, Network Automation at Network to Code, where they specialize in automating network processes. Prior to this role, they worked as a Network Automation Engineer at the same company.

Before joining Network to Code, Stephen worked at Frontier Communications for five years. In their role as a Systems Engineer, they were responsible for leading the development of Frontier's implementation of BluePlanet Multi-Domain Service Orchestration. Stephen also worked as a Senior Network Engineer and served as a Subject Matter Expert for the Layer 2 Data Circuit Provisioning Center.

Stephen's career began at F1 Information Technologies, Inc. as a Network Administrator and Analyst. There, they implemented a Managed Service model to improve employee productivity and presented software solutions to increase workflow. Stephen also played a role in configuring and managing SonicWALL and Cisco routers.

Prior to their role at F1 Information Technologies, Inc., Stephen worked at Herrod Technology, Inc. as a Systems Technician, providing technical support and troubleshooting computer system issues for clients. Stephen also worked at G3S2 as a Network Support Intern and gained experience as a NOC Intern at GameStop.

Stephen has consistently demonstrated their expertise in network engineering and automation throughout their career, continually enhancing and expanding their skill set.

Stephen Kiely obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology - Security from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, they earned a BIS degree in Business from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, Stephen has obtained various certifications including MEF CECP from MEF Forum in October 2016, CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in September 2016, CCNA Voice from Cisco in September 2014, CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in August 2014, and LabTech Certified Professional from LabTech Software in February 2014.
