Taylor Dawson

Taylor Dawson's work experience begins with a role as a Technical Buyer at SpaceX, where they were responsible for developing and sourcing components for various rockets and spacecraft. They then moved on to Senga Engineering as a Factory Engineer, where they led efforts to identify and address product and process deficiencies, focusing on LEAN manufacturing processes. Afterwards, they joined Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence as an Applications Engineer, working on data-driven solutions to boost efficiency and productivity. They later became an Applications Engineering Manager at the same company, overseeing a team and contributing to shaping connected and autonomous ecosystems. In 2022, Taylor joined thredUP as a Senior Industrial Engineer, leading the development and implementation of automated systems for the company's upcoming Distribution Center. They currently work at Network to Code as a Senior Sales Engineer, building relationships with enterprise clients and conveying the business value of their solutions.

Taylor Dawson earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Auburn University, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Taylor obtained certifications in PC-DMIS from Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in May 2016 and GD&T Certified for ASME Y14.5-1994 from SpaceX in December 2014.
