Zack Tobar

Zack Tobar has a varied work experience in the field of network engineering and automation. Zack most recently worked as a Network Automation Engineer at Network to Code, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Network Engineer at Epsilon from February 2019 to October 2021.

Zack also has extensive experience at Verizon, where they held multiple roles. Zack started as a Data Services Operation Technician in June 2011 and worked until January 2014. Zack then became a Data Services Engineer from January 2014 to September 2016. Finally, they served as a Principal Network/DevOps Engineer from September 2016 to December 2018 at Verizon, focusing on troubleshooting, designing, and implementing transport devices. Zack also utilized Python scripting for network automation tasks such as close loop remediation and network device audits.

Before joining Verizon, Zack worked as a Network Support Technician at Compucom from October 2007 to June 2011. Zack also gained experience as a Lead Technician at Vitel Communication, where they worked as a contractor for Time Warner from October 2006 to October 2007. Prior to that, Zack had a role as a Lead Technician at Time Warner.
