Keli Barris

Keli Barris serves as the Director of Human Resources at Network180 since September 2023 and as an Executive Human Resources Consultant at HR Collaborative since July 2023. Previously, Keli held the Director of Human Resources position at VA Enterprises from March 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading HR teams, recruitment, talent selection, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at RDV Corporation, Human Resources Manager at Advanced Radiology Services, and Senior HR Management Analyst for the State of Michigan. Keli holds a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on HR from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern Michigan College.
