Grant Lussier

Grant Lussier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and consulting, particularly within the executive search industry. Notable roles include Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, where Grant established the firm's first office in Latin America; Managing Director and founding partner for Spencer Stuart in Mexico; and Managing Partner at Celera Search. Currently, Grant serves as Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Networked and Co-Founder and Chairman of Game Change Agency LLC, a network for top decision-makers and influencers. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Arthur D Little, focused on enhancing cross-border capabilities during the NAFTA era.
