Wendy DeArment

Wendy DeArment has a wealth of experience in operations and technical services, ranging from positions at Rent-A-Center, Inc., Networking Technologies, to Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. With a degree in MIS from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus, Wendy currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Networking Technologies. In their role, Wendy works closely with the CEO/Visionary in strategic planning, budgeting, and policy implementation, while also overseeing the activities of various teams within the organization. Wendy's previous roles include Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Services Manager, and Technical Services Manager, all showcasing their expertise in operational leadership and efficiency.
