Ben Richmond

Ben Richmond currently serves as the EMEA Support Team Lead at Netwrix Corporation since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ben worked at New Net Technologies (now part of Netwrix) from November 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included providing second-line support as a Senior Support Technician and first-line support as a Support Technician, along with managing case records through the JIRA ticketing system. Ben began a career in IT at ITbuilder from October 2011 to October 2015, focusing on first and second-line support for local SMEs. Ben's foundational education was completed at Richard Hale School, where studies occurred from 2004 to 2011.
