Dan Mayleben

Dan Mayleben is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the software industry. As the Chief Executive Officer of 2ndWave Software LLC since June 2012, Mayleben leads efforts to invest in and develop mid-size software companies. Currently, Mayleben serves as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Board for multiple organizations, including Netwrix Corporation, PDQ.com, Lumivero, and HealthTrio, while also holding the position of Co-Executive Chairperson of the Board at Ivanti. Prior to these roles, Mayleben was a Board Member at Fortra and held various executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer at HealthTrio and Axium. Mayleben's career also includes a significant tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Amcom Software. Mayleben holds a BSBA in Accounting from Creighton University.
