Neu Edge helps industrial and technology companies build dedicated capability and stronger supply chains in India—without requiring them to create the entire India operation from day one.

Our Capacity-as-a-Service model brings together two strategic solutions:

Micro-GCC and Dedicated India Teams
We build customer-aligned engineering, software, quality, product-support and supply-chain teams in India. The customer retains functional direction, technical authority, product ownership and intellectual property, while Neu Edge manages recruitment, employment, infrastructure, local operations and scaling.

India Sourcing and Supplier Development
We help companies identify, qualify, industrialise and govern Indian suppliers. Our support can include supplier mapping, technical evaluation, quality assessment, RFQ coordination, sample development, production ramp-up and ongoing supplier-performance management.

The two solutions can operate independently or as one integrated India capability. A dedicated India team can progressively support engineering execution, supplier qualification, quality governance and supply-chain operations from within the customer’s own operating model.

Neu Edge is designed for industrial and technology companies that need greater capability, flexibility and resilience but do not want the cost, delay or complexity of building a full Indian organisation at the outset.

Start with one constraint. Prove value. Scale with evidence.
