Susan Ott has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the field of Human Resources. Susan currently holds the position of People Operations Leader at NeuAnalytics since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Human Resources at Ryan Lawn & Tree from September 2021 to May 2023.

Susan'sprevious experience includes working as the Vice President Human Resources CHRO at KVC Health Systems from November 2017 to February 2022, where they oversaw all areas of HR for over 1600 employees across 5 states. Before that, they served as the Vice President Chief Human Resources Officer at PBI-Gordon Corporation from May 2015 to November 2017 and as the Executive Vice President Global Human Resources at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. from June 2014 to May 2015.

Susan Ott also held the position of Vice President Corporate Human Resources at Associated Wholesale Grocers from February 2012 to May 2014, where they played a vital role in redesigning the Compensation and Benefits Package and performing due diligence for the opening of a new division in New Orleans. Susan'searlier experience includes serving as the Senior Director Human Resources at The Clorox Company from November 2006 to February 2012, where they implemented cost-saving measures, improved recruitment and retention of talent, and executed strategies for achieving World Class Manufacturing/Safety/TPN/Lean practices.

Susan began their career at Sprint in 1991, where they served as the Vice President Human Resources until 2002. In this role, they developed and executed HR strategies and policies, improved engagement scores, and collaborated with various resource groups to enhance relations with labor unions and HR organizations.

Susan Ott holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University. Susan later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University. Susan has also obtained certifications in International M&A from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Organizational Development from DePaul University, and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Honeywell. Susan has further achieved a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
