Chia Pan

Chia Pan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President in the Principal Strategies Group of Neuberger Berman since August 2016, Chia has also been a Co-owner and Partner at AYS Hospitality Group since December 2018, overseeing notable restaurant brands such as TabeTomo, TomoTomo, TomoKase, and Mr. Moto. Previously, Chia held the position of Private Equity Associate at Neuberger Berman Europe for a brief international secondment in 2017 and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from August 2014 to June 2016, focusing on the Global Technology, Media & Telecom Investment Banking Group. Chia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Babson College and an Advanced Regents Diploma from Port Richmond High School.
