John Shek

John Shek is an accomplished technology professional with over three decades of experience in software development and project leadership. Currently serving as Tech Lead and Vice President at Neuberger Berman since September 2008, John has successfully led the migration of key Java applications and streamlined client services for high net worth clients and institutional clients. Previously, at Lehman Brothers, John managed the implementation of asset management tools that resulted in significant cost savings. Early in his career, John developed various innovative applications and systems for multiple organizations, demonstrating expertise in database programming and client/server application development. John holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.
