Sofia Rivas

Sofia Rivas is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Alternatives Specialist at Neuberger Berman since December 2022. Prior to this role, Sofia held positions in Corporate Development & Strategy at LiveRamp and served as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst at PIMCO from July 2019 to February 2022. Sofia's early career included experience as a Summer Analyst at PIMCO, focusing on Latin America & The Caribbean, and a Summer Intern at Brasil Plural. Sofia is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where a Bachelor of Business Administration was obtained from the Haas School of Business, complemented by a background as a student athlete in Division 1 Cal Women’s Water Polo. Rivas completed secondary education at Ransom Everglades High School.
