Stephen M.

Stephen M. is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in ETF Capital Markets. Since April 2022, Stephen has served as the Head of ETF Capital Markets at Neuberger Berman, overseeing strategic projects including active ETF product development and regulatory navigation. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Business Owner and Consultant at WGM Consulting from August 2019 to April 2022, and held the position of Vice President at BNY Mellon from October 2016 to February 2018. Stephen’s career includes significant tenure at Goldman Sachs, where as Vice President, supervision of the ETF Automated Market Making group was a key responsibility, alongside previous roles at Cantor Fitzgerald, HTUS - Hull Tactical Funds, and AGS Specialist Partners, focusing on equity trading and market-making. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Montclair State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
