Tom Monks

Tom Monks is a finance professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the investment sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman since September 2025, Tom has also held the position of Regional Vice President at DWS Group from September 2021 to September 2025, and previously at Hartford Funds, First Trust, and Invesco Ltd. from 2004 to 2021. Tom began a career in finance after earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University between 1991 and 1995, with a significant focus on marketing investment products in the Los Angeles and Hawaii regions.
