Roman Dudzik

Graduated in finance and banking from the WSB Higher School of Banking in Wroclaw and management and computer science from the Wroclaw University of Economics. He is a graduate of MBA studies at the Leon Kozminski Academy. He gained more than 20 years of professional experience in creating and implementing business strategies, organisational transformations, managing programmes and projects implementing complex organisational and technological changes in companies such as TETA, Prokom, ENERGA Group, Orange Group and SAB Miller and Pfleiderer. In the NEUCA Group for the past 6 years he has been the acting director of the IT and Data Management Department. Since November 2022 - as Vice President of the Group Management Board - he has been responsible for the Area of Technology and Data.
