Don Craft

Don Craft currently serves as the Chairman for the Porter County Democratic Central Committee since May 2023 and as a Council Member representing Porter's 2nd District since July 2022. With extensive experience in purchasing, Craft has held the position of Purchasing Agent at Neuco Inc since May 2017 and previously at G. W. Berkheimer Co from August 2007 to May 2017, focusing on HVAC-R equipment and vendor relations. Craft has also held various management roles at Big Lots, including Store Manager and Merchandising Assistant Store Manager, from 2002 to 2007, as well as positions at Dollar General and Wal-Mart. Craft earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on History, Psychology, and Business from Purdue University and Illinois State University.
