Daniela Peralles

Daniela Peralles has extensive experience in Human Resources management, currently serving as Gerente de RH at Neugebauer Alimentos S/A since April 2021. Prior to this role, Daniela held the same position at Grupo Ouro e Prata from July 2019 to April 2021 and at Coca-Cola FEMSA from December 2016 to May 2019, overseeing operations in several factories. Daniela began their career in a leadership role at Vonpar Refrescos S/A, where responsibilities included managing HR teams, payroll processes, and labor relations across multiple sites. Daniela holds an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
