Max Lester currently serves as the Head of Amazon at Neulabs since August 2024. Prior to this role, Max held various positions at Heroes from January 2021 to August 2024, including General Manager - Buzz, Head of Brand Management, Head of PPC, and PPC Lead. Max gained valuable experience as Digital Acquisition Manager at DOMU Brands from July 2019 to January 2021 and as Account Director at Kinase from January 2018 to May 2019. Earlier roles include Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at Neo@Ogilvy, where Max managed PPC accounts for IBM, and PPC Executive at RS Components. Max began a career as a PPC Analyst at Forward3D from February 2014 to September 2015. Academically, Max earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from UCL between 2010 and 2013, following studies at Esher College from 2008 to 2010.
