Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way individuals and organizations analyze information, make decisions, and operate. Yet as AI becomes more powerful and accessible, many leaders recognize the need to strengthen their capabilities in order to guide their organizations in the right direction.

NEUMA was created to address this challenge.

NEUMA is a human-centered AI program designed to help individuals and organizations leverage AI to strengthen their capabilities in decision-making and action processes, ensuring that technology empowers human judgment rather than replacing it.

Our approach integrates three key elements:

-A structured decision framework.
-A personalized Strategic AI Advisor (SAA).
-A disciplined methodology for interacting with generative AI.

Through this approach, NEUMA transforms AI from a purely operational tool into a strategic thinking partner, capable of enhancing analysis, reflection, and actionable decision-making.

The NEUMA framework enables more structured, responsible, and effective interaction with AI, generating responses that do not merely inform, but provide strategic value, executive clarity, and decision-oriented insight.

At the center of this experience is the Strategic AI Advisor (SAA)—an assistant configured within generative AI platforms and aligned with each user’s professional context, objectives, leadership style, and decision logic.

The NEUMA methodology was developed by Gonzalo Romero and is currently in the process of being published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license, enabling its global use while always recognizing its origin.

NEUMA ultimately represents a broader vision:
a future in which AI amplifies human wisdom, responsibility, and leadership.
