We specialise in assisting African businesses with at least a 3-year history of profitability to raise the equity and/or debt they need to expand their operations from international sources, particularly family offices and private equity funds based in the UK that collectively has billions of pounds earmarked for investing in African businesses and projects.

While we have specialist expertise in the financial and energy industries, we’ll engage with any business or project that ‘fits’ with our purpose and values and where we believe we can deliver the capital you require within a reasonable time frame on terms that are acceptable to you. 

This includes projects that aim to socially uplift communities in Africa and would qualify for development finance by offering an acceptable commercial return to financiers. 

Our role as your corporate finance advisor is to:

- Structure your investment opportunity and/or loan requirement appropriately to maximise the probability of raising the capital required
 
- Develop information about the investment opportunity and/or loan requirement that can be sent to potential investors and/or financiers
 
- Approach targeted private equity funds, family offices and other potential investors in the UK and elsewhere on your behalf
 
- Send or deliver information to targeted investors and/or financiers
 
- Persuade them to invest in or lend money to your business
 
- Manage the transaction all the way through to its conclusion - the signing of an agreement between you and the investor/financier and the transfer of funds to you
