They have held significant roles, such as Senior Superintendent at T.V. John & Son, Inc. and Vice President of Operations at New Path Construction and Consulting, and currently serve as Construction Superintendent at Neuman Pools, Inc. and Founder & CEO of Rise Above Consultants, LLC. Jay's military service as a Construction Equipment Mechanic with the US Army further complements their extensive background in construction.
