Sarah'sroles have involved overseeing clinical operations, business operations, clinical trial project management, global development operations, and supplier performance management. Sarah has also worked as a consultant, focusing on start-up activities for biotech companies. Prior to their executive roles, they gained experience as a project manager and senior CRA at Harrison Clinical Research. Sarah has been involved in various aspects of clinical trial delivery, including strategy, operationalization, team leadership, budgeting, and resourcing. Sarah's work has been recognized for improving speed, cost, and quality in clinical trial delivery. Sarah has also represented their companies in industry committees and liaised with contract research organizations.
