Tom Rand

Tom R. is a seasoned professional in product design, currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at Amazon and the Head of Design at Kabata. Tom also contributes as an advisor at Neurable and Shepherdly. Previously, Tom held significant roles at WHOOP from 2016 to 2022, including Senior Director of Product Design and Director of Product. Earlier experience includes positions at Infinio Systems as Principal Product Designer, Verndale as User Experience Designer, and SeaChange International also as User Experience Designer. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science & Business from Northeastern University, obtained in 2010.
