Eric Tseng

Eric Tseng has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric started their career as a Business Operations Intern at IBM in 2014, where they developed scripts for HTML web scraping and headcount automation. In 2015, they worked as a Product Support Co-op at Digital Lumens. In 2016, they joined Dell as a Software Product Management Co-op, where they developed a hardware compliance automation tool and created sales and marketing strategies for Office products in SMB. Eric then moved on to Signiant in 2017, where they worked as an Inside Sales Engineer, demonstrating technical credibility for Signiant's portfolio of accelerated hybrid SaaS intelligent file movement software. Since 2017, they have been with NeuraFlash, a Salesforce Consulting Partner, where they have held multiple roles, including Solutions Engineer, Lead Solutions Engineer, and Director of Solutions Engineering. NeuraFlash focuses on deploying intelligent solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence to enhance customer experiences and employee productivity. Eric's most recent position at NeuraFlash is the VP of Solutions Engineering, which they have held since December 2021.
