John Heater has extensive experience in the technology sector, holding significant leadership roles in product management and research and development. Currently serving as SVP of the Contact Center Practice at NeuraFlash since December 2019, John has also been VP and Senior Director of Product Management & Analytics at the same company. Prior to NeuraFlash, John was the Head of Amelia Product/R&D at IPsoft and the Head of R&D at Automat.ai. Additionally, John spent several years at Nuance Communications, where roles included World Wide Head of the Cognitive Innovation Group and Senior Engineering Manager. John began the career at Nuance Communications, progressing through various technical positions. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Columbia University.
