Rohit Balse has extensive work experience in client servicing and BPO roles. Rohit started their career at Citigroup as an Associate in 2003 and later joined ICICI Bank as a Customer Service Associate. In 2004, they joined Neural IT Pvt. Ltd. as a Data Processor, and gradually progressed to roles such as Team Lead, Group Lead, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for process deliveries, team management, and training. In 2011, they became the Manager of Client Servicing at Neural IT Pvt. Ltd., handling all aspects of client management and successfully migrating processes offshore. Currently, they are the Head of No Fault & Billing at Neural IT, since 2019.
Rohit Balse completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Welingkar Institute of Management from 2012 to 2014. Rohit also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Simplilearn in 2015. In addition, in 2003, they received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai. Furthermore, Rohit Balse obtained several certifications in various subjects such as time management, balanced scorecard and key performance indicators, copyright for photographers, and leadership presence in action from LinkedIn in December 2021.
