Daniel Adams has extensive work experience in the field of neuroscience. Daniel started their career as a Royal Society Exchange Scholar at Nihon University School of Medicine in 1998. Daniel then worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco from 1998 to 2020. In 2008, they also started working as an Associate Professor at Università di Trento and as a Technical Consultant at Dolby Laboratories. Daniel'smost recent role is at Neuralink, where they started in 2019 as a Neuroscientist and is currently serving as the Principal Investigator.
Daniel Adams obtained a B.Sc. in Neuroscience from UCL from 1990 to 1993. Daniel continued their education at UCL and earned a Ph.D. in Visual Neuroscience from 1994 to 1997.
