John Harris

John Harris is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and development, currently serving at Neuralink since May 2018. Prior roles include mechanical engineering at 3D Systems Corporation, where contributions involved the mechanical design of Figure 4 Technology, and a senior capstone project at General Electric Aviation, which achieved recognition in a competitive project selection. John also co-founded Square1 LLC, facilitating the transition from prototype to product for makers and led teams at Northwestern University’s FORMULA SAE Racing, enhancing engine and brake system designs. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, complemented by an Entrepreneurship Certificate.
