Sue Dear

Sue Dear joined Neuraptive in January 2022 as Business Operations Manager Consultant and transitioned to an employee as Director of Business Operations in October 2022. Sue brings with her more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and has a unique combination of skills including project management, office management, senior executive support, employee engagement, and event planning, all of which encompass her role at Neuraptive. Prior to joining Neuraptive, she held positions in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Human Resources at Paratek Pharmaceuticals, and prior to Paratek, she held positions at Endo Pharmaceuticals, including supporting the President and CEO and heads of R&D, Supply Chain, Corporate Development, and Corporate Affairs. Before moving into the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, Sue spent twelve years at a privately held manufacturing company where she held positions including office manager, HR administrator, and executive admin to the CEO and senior executives, and eleven years in the administrative and finance functions at IBM Corporation.
