Itay Avilevich

Itay Avilevich is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in research and development, engineering management, and product innovation. Currently serving as VP of R&D at NeuReality since June 2025, Itay previously held the position of VP Engineering at Celeno, where responsibilities included leading a multidisciplinary team of over 120 engineers and overseeing the development of WiFi products that generated significant sales. Earlier roles included Director and Technical Product Manager, and Pre-Sale and Application Engineering Manager where Itay defined innovative WiFi chipsets and led technical support for major OEMs. Itay's career began at Texas Instruments as a WLAN SW Application Engineer. Itay holds an MBA in Big Data and AI from Reichman University and a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, Afeka.
