Rafi Einstein

Rafi Einstein is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading development teams and building innovative software solutions. Currently serving as AI SW Team Lead at NeuReality since November 2023, Rafi previously held the position of RediSearch Team Lead at Redis, overseeing the development of the RediSearch query engine and RedisJSON. Rafi has also contributed as a Senior Software Engineer at ScyllaDB and served as the founder of daisy.systems, creating comprehensive software R&D infrastructures. Earlier roles include technical leadership at RADVision/Avaya and software engineering positions across various companies, emphasizing expertise in languages such as C/C++, Python, and Rust, along with proficiency in multiple tools and technologies. Rafi holds a B.Sc. in Math and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
