Seetharaman Kumar (SK) has over three decades of experience in the IT/ITES and services sectors. They served as an Independent Consultant Designated CTO/VP from 2020 to 2022 and were previously the Delivery Head for Cloud and Infra Services in the Nordics at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd (2018-2019), where they expanded the team and managed significant P&L responsibilities. Their earlier roles include Head of IT-Infrastructure at T-Systems and various managerial positions at Deutsche Software and Tech Mahindra, where SK was instrumental in large-scale migrations and operational improvements. Currently, SK is the Global Head of Talent Supply & Workforce Management at Neurealm and pursuing a PGDBA in HR & Operations at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
