Shiv Pathak is a seasoned professional in growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development, currently serving as the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Neurealm since 2025. With experience spanning roles such as EVP and Global Head of M&A for Randstad Digital and MD and Global Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Brillio, Shiv has led transformative initiatives and executed key acquisitions across multiple organizations. Shiv began their career in software product development at STMicroelectronics and Cadence Design Systems, contributing to advanced algorithms and semiconductor design. They hold an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and are pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering.
