Jared Hill

Jared Hill has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jared currently holds the position of Director of Legal at Neurelis, Inc. where they are responsible for data privacy compliance and reviewing various agreements related to product supply, manufacturing, and clinical trials. Prior to that, Jared worked as a Corporate Counsel at Calidi Biotherapeutics, where they managed capitalization tables, drafted legal transactional documents, and negotiated agreements. Jared also worked as a Litigation Law Clerk at Aldridge Connors, LLP, where they assisted counsel in preparing for hearings and researching topics related to mortgage foreclosures. Jared's previous work experience includes a role as a Legal Intern at Colonial Life Insurance, where they reviewed contracts and assisted Senior Counsel in activities such as pre-litigation settlement and case research. Jared began their career as a Student Assistant at Kennesaw State University.

Subsequently, from 2012 to 2015, Jared pursued further education at the University of South Carolina School of Law, completing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
