Alexa Smith

Alexa Smith is currently working as a Workplace Strategy Coach at neurobox since February 2024. Prior to this, they held positions such as Executive and Leadership and Team Coach at Impactful Coach, Senior Director External R&D and Strategic Alliances at AstraZeneca, and Head of Translational Research Funding at Cancer Research UK. Their extensive experience also includes roles as a Senior Business Development Manager at Evexar Medical Ltd, Senior Business Development Manager at UCLB Devices Ltd, and Senior Business Development Manager at UCL Business PLC. Alexa has a background in Developmental Biology with a PhD from the National Institute of Medical Research London and a BSc (Hons) in Anatomy and Cell Biology from The University of Sheffield.
