Melaney Sreenan

Melaney Sreenan, Ph.D., BCC, serves as a Certified NCS Consultant at NeuroChangeSolutions since July 2013, where expertise is applied to educate businesses on effective organizational change. As the Owner and President of Spirit Unlimited since June 1980, Melaney provides coaching, counseling, consulting services, and is also involved in academia as a college professor, author, trainer, and speaker. Previously, Melaney held the position of Staff Development Coordinator at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, New Mexico, from January 2004 to January 2007, and operated Sreenan Clinic in Lakeland, Florida, from June 1980 to September 1997, offering similar services. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Union Institute & University, an MSW from Florida State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from South Florida University School of Social Sciences, complemented by international board certification in coaching.
