NeuroDiversion is an annual, in-person event designed for people—and organizations—who think, plan, and process differently.

We bring together leaders, creators, and innovators exploring what happens when neurodivergent minds are empowered, not “fixed.” Whether you identify with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or simply know your brain works a little differently, this is the space where you’ll finally feel understood.

Our sessions go beyond awareness to action—covering inclusion, accessibility, creativity, and the future of work. Attendees include HR professionals, recruiters, founders, educators, and creators who are building environments, opportunities, and communities where all kinds of brains can thrive.

Our inaugural event in 2025 brought together 300+ attendees in Austin, Texas, for three unforgettable days of connection, insight, and community.

Next year’s NeuroDiversion 2026 (March 20–22 in Austin) adds the ND Expo, a curated marketplace of products designed for neurodivergent minds.
