Neurodivertienda is an initiative focused on improving inclusion and quality of life for neurodivergent adults across Latin America. We develop digital tools and practical supports designed for daily organization, self-regulation, and energy management, with an approach centered on real user experience and accessibility.

Our first project, Cucharómetro, is a free app inspired by Spoon Theory that helps people visualize and plan their day-to-day energy in a simple, customizable way. We aim to reduce common barriers—such as overload, fatigue, and difficulty structuring routines—by offering concrete solutions that support decision-making, prioritization, anticipating needs, and sustaining habits with greater autonomy.

As a team, we combine experience in healthcare and technology development, with an understanding of the challenges of invisible disability and cognitive diversity. Our work is focused on creating respectful, useful, and culturally relevant tools for the Latin American context, promoting participation, dignity, and meaningful inclusion in educational, workplace, and community settings.
