NeuroFlourish are work psychologists supporting organisations to build neuroinclusive workplaces.

We support organisations to improve performance, wellbeing, and retention by making everyday ways of working more neuroinclusive. Our approach is practical, evidence informed, and grounded in work psychology.

We work with organisations through a mix of diagnostic insight, training, and workshops. This includes neuroinclusive practice reviews, employee voice work, and practical training for leaders, managers, and teams.

Our focus is on the day to day reality of work. We look at how roles are designed, how workload and meetings are managed, how communication and performance are handled, and how adjustments and psychological safety show up in practice.

We help organisations see clearly what is working, what needs to change, and where to focus their effort next. Our aim is to provide evidence and practical recommendations that leaders can use with confidence.

We work with organisations across the UK, both online and in person.
