Adam Pardes

Adam Pardes is the current COO and founder of NeuroFlow, a company specializing in software for the mental health industry. Prior to their work with NeuroFlow, Pardes was a Fellow with the InSITE Leadership Development Program from October 2015 to May 2017. In this role, they served as the VP of Operations and was responsible for coordinating all aspects of the chapter with the President and other VPs. Pardes has also served as a consultant for PBG Healthcare Consulting and as a TA Training Leader for the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Pennsylvania.

Adam Pardes has a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tufts University, and a High School diploma from Abington High School. Adam is also certified from the National Council for Behavioral Health in Mental Health First Aid.

A direct report to Adam Pardes is and Matt Miclette - Senior Director of Clinical Operations. Adam Pardes reports to Christopher Molaro, CEO & Founder. They work with James Kanka - VP of Marketing, Austin Connor - VP of Finance, and Tom Zaubler - Chief Medical Officer.
