NeuroHappiness is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to creating more neuro-inclusive environments for neurodivergent people, their families, and the organisations that support them.

We take a difference-not-deficit approach, recognising neurodivergence as something to be understood, supported, and valued, not “fixed”.

We support:
• Families seeking greater understanding and harmony at home
• Professionals in front line support services working with neurodivergent individuals
• Corporate leaders who are building more inclusive, supportive, and productive workplaces

Our work brings together lived experience, professional expertise, and evidence-based practice to design learning, development, and support that is practical, human, and grounded in real life.

Our programmes include coaching, workplace learning, and community initiatives, all designed to create neuro-inclusive environments.

Providing organisations with the tools and inspiration to create more neuro-inclusive workplaces. 

• Neuro Affirmative Parenting
Coaching support programmes for parents who want to better understand their neurodivergent child. We also deliver tailored programmes for those who work with families and organise support for them, including local authorities, healthcare practitioners, education providers, and third sector organisations.

• Aloha Kākou Shaka
Probably the world’s first surf club designed for, and run by, those with learning disabilities and/or other neurodivergences.

Bringing together fresh air, freedom, and fitness on the stunning sands of Cornwall’s beaches, with dedicated sessions for those who think differently.

A monthly, hour-long talk show brought to you by CHAOS Radio, exploring what it’s really like to be neurodivergent, or to live alongside someone who is.
