Ryan Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Ryan is currently the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at Neuron23, a biotechnology company focused on precision medicines for neurological and immunological diseases. Prior to this, Ryan served as the Senior Director of Global Talent Management at Moderna and held various roles at Biogen, including Director of Talent Management, Organization Performance, and Culture, and Associate Director of Human Resources. Ryan also took a planned sabbatical to travel and study. Before their roles in the biotech industry, Ryan worked as a Principal Consultant at Maximus International and held positions at Korn Ferry Hay Group, United Technologies Corporation, and Willis Towers Watson. Ryan Dixon received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management from Providence College, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Ryan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy from the Yale School of Management, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification and the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification, both from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), which they achieved in January 2019. Ryan also holds a Group Benefits Associate certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
