Daniel Pont

Daniel Pont has a diverse background in human resources, starting as an Activity Director at Keen Lake Camping & Cottage Resort in 2009. Daniel then transitioned to HR roles, including Human Resources Assistant at the same resort, followed by positions at various companies such as The Choice, Inc., Devereux, Paychex, ADP, Splinterlands, and, most recently, Neuronetics, Inc., where they served as an Associate Director of Human Resources & Talent Development. Throughout their career, Daniel has gained experience in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, talent development, and client management.

Daniel Pont completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Maryland in 2011. Daniel then pursued a Masters in Human Resources Management at the University of Scranton from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2018 and the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) in 2016.
