Anke Verhaege

Anke Verhaege is a Biomedical Engineer and Medical Doctor driven by a deep curiosity for human physiology and a passion for technological innovation. Anke completed a Master of Medicine with magna cum laude honors and was a neurology resident in Wuppertal, Germany. They graduated cum laude from the Master of Biomedical Engineering at KU Leuven and have since worked as a Product Owner and Research Engineer at Neuronostics, focusing on advancing neurological care through digital tools. Anke has also engaged in research projects, including a summer internship at KU Leuven's Ophthalmology Research Group, and has participated as a co-team leader of the Neurotech Leuven student team.
