Neuroplasticity St. Pete is a functional neurology and integrative medicine clinic in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our practitioners draw on functional neurology, functional medicine, upper cervical chiropractic care, acupuncture, advanced bodywork, and diagnostic technology to develop care that is as individual as the nervous system it serves.

Every assessment is thorough, unhurried, and shaped by a sincere intellectual investment in the patient as a person. We hold ourselves to a standard of scientific rigor and clinical curiosity.

Dr. Josh Silver, founder and functional neurologist, developed Upper Cervical Neurology as a formal diagnostic and treatment system now taught internationally. He is joined by practitioners whose training spans acupuncture, Oriental medicine, functional medicine, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and somatic bodywork.

The Farmacy, our in-house holistic wellness shop, extends that care into everyday life with practitioner-curated products across every dimension of whole-body wellbeing.
