Matthew Chen is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science at the University of Toronto, where they have been involved in various projects and leadership roles. As a Machine Learning Developer for the University of Toronto Machine Intelligence Student Team, they contribute to innovative projects like the AI Warehouse Evolutionary Battle Sim Project. Additionally, they work as a Private Tutor and serve as the Vice President of Recruiting Operations for NeurotechUofT. Matthew also holds experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in both the Bass Lab and Li Lab, focusing on urban settlement patterns and lipid nanoparticle optimization, respectively.
