NeuroWave Systems Inc.'s mission is to develop, manufacture & market innovative monitoring & drug delivery medical devices using advanced neurophysiological signal processing & control system engineering for Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Military Medicine, to improve patient safety, outcome and quality of life.

We are funded by the US Navy, the US Army and the National Institutes of Health to develop an autopilot for anesthesia/sedation delivery for military and civilian use. 

We also manufacture the NeuroSENSE®, the next-generation brain function monitor for depth-of-anesthesia and sedation.
